Office Administrator
Avonmouth
Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)Â
Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term ContractÂ
Hours: Full time, Monday - FridayÂ
We're looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in Avonmouth.
This is a varied role offering a mix of administration, data entry, customer service and general office support duties.
Key Responsibilities
•    Managing and updating records and information on internal systems
•    Processing documentation and maintaining accurate records
•    Raising and tracking paperwork as required
•    Handling telephone and email enquiries
•    Providing administrative support to the wider team
•    Supporting reception when needed
•    Liaising with internal departments and external contacts
•    General office administration and ad hoc tasks
About You
•    Previous administration or office support experience
•    Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•    Confident using Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•    Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
•    Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
•    Positive, flexible and team-oriented approach
